天使需要爱心和同情心。护理学创始人南丁格尔曾说过，“护士必须要有同情心和一双愿意工作的手。”岁岁年年多少事，迎来送往何其多。

有人算过，一个护士工作一天走下来的路就有四五十里之多，腿都跑肿了。我曾做过一次统计：一个中班下来，我去病房里拨下25个挂完的盐水瓶，来回跑了50趟；去病房里接换瓶26次，来回跑了52趟；其中不包括输液不畅需要重新注射的病人，还有重病人半小时一次的生命征监测，更换病人污染的床单位以及一些护理书写工作。如果再遇到一个新入院病人，真恨自己不会分身术，一个中班下来，走在回家的路上，两条腿象是灌满了铅，有时我会想：我们上的中班，简直就是在爬一座山。虽然辛苦，虽然劳累，但是我们很充实。就像鲁迅先生所说的：“虽自己渐渐瘦弱，但觉快乐。”是怎样的力量让我们如此“痛”并“快乐”？是夜深人静巡视病房时那一张张安然入睡的脸；是在我们精心护理下，得到康复的病人热泪赢眶地道别，更是交接班时病人的一声“您辛苦了！”疲劳顿时化为力量，每当此时我的内心便会有一种强烈的震撼，一种自豪与满足会让我挺直人生的脊梁。

 天使需要耐心和细心。记得刚参加工作不久时，我们的护士长曾语重心长地对我说过，“我们护士在护理工作中，不仅是组织者和执行者，而且是教育者和宣传者，这需要我们对病人更耐心，工作更细致。”是呀，当我们付出了耐心细致的工作后，会发现自己得到了很多，很多。有一件事情我至今难忘。我所在的神经内科住着一位气管切开的患者，做护理时，他气管套管里总会不时喷出分泌物，那天轮到我做晨间护理，像往常一样我先帮他吸尽气管中的分泌物，在他舒适后再小心地清扫床铺，更换床单位。工作量大，等我耐心细致地作完这些时我已满头是汗，就在这时他气管套管里喷出的分泌物溅了我一身一脸，空气中弥漫着腥臭味，我真有点胃往口里翻的感觉，可是我忽然间看到，他用颤抖的双唇费力地说话“谢谢”，我当时辩认很久才听清楚，那一刻，我被病人感动了，被我的工作感动了！

 您知道在英镑的背面印有南丁格尔的肖像吗？“燃烧自己照亮别人”，南丁格尔是英雄，是我们护士的骄傲。每一位真正的护士都是天使。是护士的双手迎接生命的降临；是护士与病魔抗争；是护士陪伴苍白的生命。拉开人生帷幕的人是护士，拉上人生帷幕的人还是护士。我们是普通的女性，在家里是女儿、妻子、母亲，我们又不是普通的女性，是这个城市时刻与生命同行的人。踏着欢快的脚步，我将继续与病人的生命同行，让病人因我的护理而减少痛苦，因我的健康指导而有所收获，因我的安慰而树立信心。我找到了自己的价值，我体会到了平凡中的伟大，选择了护士这一行，我无怨无悔！

Though work hard and tired,But we are very substantial . Just like what Mr. Lu Xun said: "Although oneself has been thin and weak gradually, feel happy. what kind of strength lets us " ache " and " happy " like this? It is that face going to sleep peacefully while making an inspection tour in the ward in the still of night ; Until we attend to meticulously, patient's eyes moistening and say ' thank you' when relieving especially! "Turning strength tiredly immediately, whenever my heart will have a kind of strong shock at this moment, one proud and satisfied to will let backbone of straight and upright life such as for me.

The angel needs patience and circumspection.I remembering that has just worked, our head nurse once said to me meaningfully, "our nurse is in the nursery work, not only organizer and executor, but also educator and propagator , it is necesssary for us to get more patient and circumspect to the patient , and be more careful to work. "Yes, after we have paid the work with careful patience , it always has got a lot by oneself , a lot of! There is one thing I unforgettable so far. Department of nerve internal medicine that I belong to , living in one patient that trachea cut , make it while attending to, he trachea sleeve pipe squirt secretion frequently always , it was making morning attend to tend my turn that day, I as usual help him exhaust secretion of trachea first , clean the bed more carefully until he comfortable, change the sheet location . The work load is large, I have already been the sweat all over the face while i finished these patiently and carefully, I was spattered all over my body by the secretion of the trachea sleeve pipe at this moment, stench flavor fills the air in the air, I really felt sick, but I saw it----the patient spoke " thanks " hardly form his shivery mouth,it spend me a long time for understanding, at that time, I was moved by the patient, have been moved by my work!

We are the ordinary women, and are daughter , wife , mother at home, we are not the ordinary women , walk throght the city with the time and life, help the patient reduce the agony because of my nursing, reap to some extent because my health is guided , establish confidence because of my comfort. I find one's own value, I realize greatness in ordinary, choose to be a nurse, I have neither enmity nor repentance!
